Target Hourly/Salary Rate: $43,908.80 – $47,995.26, commensurate with experience.
Appointment Full-time Equivalency: 1.0

Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance of Banner Chart of Accounts and AR Detail Code FOAPAL elements. Maintenance of the Banner organizational hierarchy. Monitoring of Banner General Ledger control reports. Preparation of IDC reconciliation. Data entry of manual journal vouchers. Data custodians for finance journal voucher documentation. Data custodians under the Controller's direction for Banner Finance data. Processing of daily finance system feeds and JV feeds and financial aid runs.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
Equivalent Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and One (1) year of experience related to the job duties and responsibilities as outlined.
Special Certification/Licensure:
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Physical Effort: Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.
Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
Risk: Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
