The University of Mary Washington, a Division III member of the NCAA is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Women's Lacrosse Coach/Lecturer. The Head Lacrosse coach will be responsible for all facts of the program, including, but not limited to, recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, academic performance of student athletes, overseeing team budget and travel, fundraising, overseeing assistant coaches, practice and meet preparation and other duties as assigned. The head coach will also be a member of the faculty and responsible for teaching courses within the department of Athletics, Health, and Physical Education. This individual will be required to be CPR and 1st Aid certified. As members of the athletic department and teaching faculty, head coaches play a role in service to the College of Education as well as the university.
