    As part of the Department of Academic Advising and Student Success, this position is responsible for the coordination and administration of advising services of an assigned college or area. The position manages departmental processes and functions as advising office resource expert for more complex advising issues. This position also collaborates and assists in the development and implementation of assigned departmental projects and educational programs, exercising considerable initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned duties. Supervises and participates in the day-to-day operations of the Academic Advising Center ensuring that all “customers,” both internal and external, have the best academic advising experience.
