      The Department of Physical Therapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth invites applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank in the residential Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, effective immediately. The primary focus of this position will be to contribute to the department’s research mission while supporting teaching within the residential DPT curriculum. Responsibilities include maintaining an active program of scholarship, contributing to departmental research initiatives, and mentoring DPT students in scholarly activities. The faculty member will also contribute to teaching in the entry-level DPT curriculum in areas consistent with their expertise, including evidence-based practice and foundational or clinical sciences. Additional responsibilities include advising students, participating in departmental and university service, and collaborating with faculty to support program operations and accreditation requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to the department’s commitment to advancing evidence-informed practice, fostering student engagement in research and scholarship, and supporting the mission of the department to develop innovative solutions for a healthier community. The faculty member will also engage in interprofessional education and collaboration with faculty across the university, school, and program.

    • Part-time Custodian in Denton

      This position’s purpose is to serve as a custodian for the Department of Housing and Residence Life. This is an essential position, maintaining essential operations during emergencies and university closures. The custodian will maintain a standard of cleanliness, sanitation, safety and standard of excellence in all assigned buildings (Residence Halls, Dining Areas, and Other Buildings).

      The Department of Personalized Health and Well-Being, College of Health Professions, is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for a full-time, 12-month faculty position to teach in the Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition Coordinated Program (MSCN). The MSCN program prepares students to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. This position may be hybrid, combining remote and in-person responsibilities at the UNT Health Fort Worth campus. The position is expected to start in March 2026. The faculty member will engage in innovative teaching, student mentorship, course and curriculum development, and continuous quality improvement. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contributing to the ACEND accreditation process, collaborating on research, and participating in service across the department, college, and university.
