Department Summary The Study Abroad Office is responsible for coordinating the university’s study abroad and exchange programs. Study Abroad has a mandate to expand student participation and to integrate study abroad into the UNT curriculum. We aim to develop new opportunities to meet the unique needs of the UNT community and increase student access to global educational experiences. |
Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the design and delivery of academically sound, cost effective, safe, and accessible programs in collaboration with faculty. This position aims to increase UNT student participation in study abroad opportunities by coordinating and promoting high quality/high impact faculty led programs, recruiting and advising student participants, and providing ongoing support to faculty and students throughout the process. |
Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree and two years of office administration experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must be eligible to serve as a Designated School Official under U.S. Department of Homeland Security requirements. |
