Position Overview The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that UNT Dallas operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role oversees a broad range of compliance-related functions, including policy management, training, investigations involving athletics and staff, risk and emergency management, insurance claims, and lab safety. The Compliance Officer also leads the implementation of audit and compliance functions, facilitates internal and external audits, and ensures timely submission of reports and documentation. Serving as a central point of accountability, the Compliance Officer provides guidance to leadership to maintain ethical and lawful operations, effectively acting as the organization’s compliance. |
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant field and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. |
