Department Summary The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth is excited to announce the formation of its College of Nursing. Then new college will help address the shortage of nurses in Texas, which has the second-fewest nurses per capita in the U.S. The new College of Nursing will join five other colleges and schools offering degree programs at HSC: the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Biomedical Sciences, School of Public Health, School of Health Professions and School of Pharmacy. |

Position Overview The Clinical Teaching Assistant (CTA) will assist the nursing program faculty in supervising and supporting students during clinical learning experiences. CTAs will work under the guidance of a master’s or doctorally-prepared nursing faculty member to ensure excellence in student skills performance, evaluation, and overall clinical learning outcomes. |
