Position Overview The Gift Processing and Data Services Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing, recording, and reconciling gifts and donations received by the foundation. This role ensures the integrity of gift data and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The Gift Processor and Data Services Coordinator works closely with Advancement Operations leadership, the Director of Finance and Donor Stewardship, and other departments to facilitate smooth gift management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Work in collaboration with Institutional Advancement team members (communications, events/sponsorships, annual giving, alumni engagement, corporate and foundation relations, and advancement operations), to ensure data integrity, accurate records management, and the development and implementation of effective reports. |

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |
