Department Summary The Office of Strategic Infrastructure, Planning, and Construction (SIPC) at the University of North Texas System (UNTS) seeks a Project Controls Analyst. The Project Controls Analyst supports the management and oversight of construction project data across the UNT System. This position maintains and updates project and financial information within the construction project management system, assists with data analysis and reporting, and provides technical support to ensure accurate and timely project information. The role works closely with the Project Controls team and reports to the Project Controls Manager. |

Position Overview This professional position is part of a team responsible for managing the collection, modeling, and analysis of extensive data, as well as developing analysis and reporting capabilities. |
|
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management or closely related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in construction project administration; or any equivalent combination of experience, education or training. |
|
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong understanding of database management principles and best practices. |
|
Preferred Qualifications - Three years of progressively responsible experience in data management and analysis. |
