This position is responsible for managing a student financial aid caseload, processing of aid adjustments, assisting with officewide quality controls, and counseling students regarding financial aid to include eligibility requirements, available financial aid options, and the requirements for the renewal and retention of aid programs. Serves as backup to the customer service team.
