About the Role

As Principal, you will play a key role in driving the school’s strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence, and upholding the traditions and values of Catholic education. Your leadership will inspire both students and staff, building a collaborative, faith-centred community focused on student growth and wellbeing.

• Lead the school community with a strong vision and an emphasis on learner growth.

• Champion contemporary teaching practices, inspiring staff to reach their full potential and achieve outstanding educational outcomes.

About You

You are a leader with a passion for Catholic education and a commitment to community-building. This well established, focused and calm school would be an ideal place for a first principalship or someone looking to ‘downsize’! You bring:

• Proven leadership experience in a Catholic school.
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or equivalent).
• Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Lead in a Catholic School.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
• A Master’s degree in education or a related field (or a willingness to commence these studies upon appointment).
