Job Description The primary focus of this position will be cultivating a culture of philanthropy among current students through developing and managing student philanthropy initiatives, including the Highlander Senior Giving campaign and broader student philanthropy education initiatives. The Assistant Director of Student Philanthropy and Engagement will lead efforts to educate students on giving back, instilling a lifelong commitment to supporting Radford University by integrating philanthropy education into the student experience-from orientation through graduation. |
Required Qualifications Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; or education and experience that equates to an advanced degree. |
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with student involvement and student organizations in a university setting. |
