Job Description The Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for achieving assigned territory enrollment goals by identifying, attracting, and enrolling qualified students to Radford University. This role provides strategic oversight of prospect generation, recruitment travel, outreach, and yield initiatives for prospective students and their families. Through the development and implementation of territory-specific recruitment strategies, the Assistant Director plays a critical role in advancing the University’s enrollment objectives. |

Required Qualifications •Prior work experience in the field of Admissions, Marketing, or related field. |
