Job Summary The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing a leading role in land development and infrastructure aspect for the City of Brownsville. The Engineering Manager will also perform complex professional engineering design, and act as a project manager for major engineering and construction projects. Provide professional engineering, administrative, and support to the Engineering & Public Works Director and perform other related duties as required. This position reports to the City Engineer and works with elected officials and department directors to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated public message. |

Minimum Education & Experience Ph.D./J.D./P.E., etc. (no experience), or master's degree plus three years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus five years of experience, or associate's degree plus seven years of experience, or high school graduation or GED plus nine years of experience. |
