Job Summary The Sign Technician is responsible for installing traffic signs, barricading streets, painting curbs and arrows. Assist in mowing grass, trim trees and bushes. These duties are performed for public streets, Employee works independently in the field and is responsible for decision making requiring technical discretion, sound judgement, and familiarity with a variety of codes, ordinances, and construction methods. The employee works according to set procedures under direct supervision. |

Responsibility for Equipment & Property
Responsible for assigned equipment property used outside of office; use of a City vehicle.

Fair inside or outside conditions; exposure to disagreeable conditions is brief or otherwise insignificant; space problems; only occasional situations that place the employee in a stressful environment.
