Job Summary The purpose of the Maintenance Worker I is to assist in the maintenance of the Brownsville Events Center. This position is responsible for the breakdown and set up of all events, general maintenance of the Events Center and surrounding landscape areas. This position works according to set procedures under direct supervision from the Maintenance Worker II, Maintenance Supervisor and the Events Center Manager. |

Minimum Education & Experience High school or GED, or sufficient education to read and write with no experience. Six months of work related experience preferred. |

Responsible for assigned equipment/property used outside of office; use of a City vehicle.
