Job Summary The Senior Assistant Director of Admission will provide leadership for Colorado College’s Pre-College Program, overseeing the full student lifecycle from marketing and recruitment through admission, enrollment, and post-program assessment. This role plays a key part in advancing the College’s mission by recruiting and enrolling diverse, academically talented students who reflect the institution’s priorities and values. The Senior Assistant Director will collaborate with campus partners to ensure a seamless experience for students—from initial inquiry through program completion—and will offer support to individuals participating in college access initiatives. |
