      The Career Services CRM Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the effective management and innovation of OSU Career Services' digital platforms. This position is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and support of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and event applications, ensuring data integrity, service efficiency, and user-friendly experiences for students, staff, faculty campus and community partners. The CRM Coordinator partners closely with internal teams and external vendors and partners to lead projects, streamline workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and support key service delivery platforms.

The coordinator supervises full-time staff on the Admissions Data Management team in conjunction with the Assistant Director. This individual collaborates with communications staff to ensure accurate and appropriate sequencing of print, email, and text communication to prospective OSU students. This position also works to initiate, build, and maintain relationships with campus stakeholders who utilize the CRM and Admissions data reporting and analysis. The individual should be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Additionally, this individual must be adept at working with individuals at various roles and leadership levels, collecting feedback and improving communications based on information received. The individual should demonstrate self-direction, creativity and strategic thinking in finding new opportunities to serve prospective students and their families as well as various other stakeholders at Oklahoma State University.
