About this Position

Perform departmental accounting functions, including accounts payable, purchasing, billing, and approval of purchasing card purchases. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and stores rate studies. Perform various financial reconciliations. Develop, evaluate, implement, and monitor procedures and processes.  Other duties as assigned. 

Requires interaction with supervisors, colleagues, and students using clear communication, tact, discretion, and independent judgement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

• Two years of administrative, fiscal operations or other related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's

  Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

• Experience with Banner and other OSU systems, OSU Accounting policies and procedures, and/or FOCUS programming.
