The position works with AIGR Farms and performs daily animal maintenance, research, and extension activities. Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, this position plays a key role in the development and execution of admission and recruitment strategy for first-time freshman, transfer, international, readmission, online-only, non-degree seeking, strategic development, and overall new student enrollment. Through extensive collaboration with the Undergraduate Recruitment team and Enrollment Management leadership, they will implement short and long-term strategies to positively impact enrollment goals for the OSU-Stillwater, OSU-Tulsa campuses as well as provide leadership and assistance with OSU system admissions. The Director of Admissions should have strong leadership and management experience, demonstrate innovative and strategic planning and maintenance of salary, operational budgets; ability to proactively inquire, effectively analyze, interpret and present on data toward achieving enrollment goals; staying current on local and national trends that impact enrollment goals.
