Assistant Softball Coach - Residence Director Dobson in Miami
The applicant chosen for the Assistant Softball position will be responsible work for the softball team in various activities at the discretion of the Head Coach. Loyalty, morality, honesty, earnestness, and work-ethic are the main responsibilities for this position. In addition to the payroll, assistant coach position will be awarded dorm room and meal ticket for NEO Cafeteria/Sodexo. The Resident Director is responsible for all administrative, educational, and supervisory tasks of the assigned residence hall(s). The Head Resident will coordinate with the Housing Director and Student Affairs Coordinator to develop educational, student development, safety and wellness programming for residents. This is a full-time, live-in position with an average workload of 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of residential life, evening and weekend hours are required.
