This role integrates curriculum design, faculty development, institutional capacity-building, and working with the external evaluator to support with rigorous mixed-methods evaluation strategy to ensure high-quality implementation, meaningful learning outcomes, and long-term sustainability of the testimony-centered Speaker–Listener–Witness framework. The Manager provides leadership in instructional design, supports faculty across all disciplines, oversees all evaluation activities involving 900 students across five survey timepoints, and collaborates with stakeholders to embed project outcomes into academic and co-curricular structures for institutionalization beyond the grant period.
