Key Responsibilities: Partner with deans, directors, department heads, and university executives to develop and implement people strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment. Lead and support efforts that promote employee engagement, retention, professional development, and succession planning. Serve as a champion for equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness in all HR policies and practices. Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations issues and conduct or oversee thorough investigations as needed.
