This role will contribute to strategic planning, including analyzing CRM data and staying up-to-date on communications best practices for prospective students; ensure copy and design align with Brand Management standards; lead copy writing within the communications team and campus partners; coach direct reports to success; assist in executing social media campaigns; provide leadership in carrying out special initiatives and other duties as assigned by the leadership team. In addition to project management, supervisory responsibilities include assisting and providing guidance in the training of new staff members and conducting ongoing training and professional development for existing staff members.  Position may be eligible for remote or hybrid work schedule; however, any offer is contingent upon approval by University Human Resources in consideration of OSU policies, labor laws, and suitability to the work of the position/department. If remote work is approved, employee may not have an office on campus.
