Position Introduction

Performs building maintenance duties, such as cleaning, changing light bulbs, light painting, etc. and inspects work environment to determine any repairs. Maintains and performs minor repairs on field equipment following training. Calculates the dimensions of replacement parts used in the maintenance of equipment and facilities using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Contacts appropriate person(s) routinely in the process of setting up and maintaining field equipment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required Certifications and Licenses

• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.

Department Preferences

• May be required to stay on campus overnight during inclement weather, may be required to work during inclement weather or other campus closure.
