Responsibilities Related to Orientation/Incoming Events:

  • Provide assistance during student incoming and outgoing periods each semester and for summer programs.
  • Organize and plan events during the semester and summer programs to acclimate students to the community.
  • Participate in scheduled orientation sessions and mandatory student meetings throughout the semester and summer.

Responsibilities Related to Advising:

  • Liaison with OUA staff in advising the Student Activities Council (SAC), the student-led organization at OUA, in programming events and outreach activities.
