Position Introduction: The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OU HSC) is one of the nation's few academic health centers with all health-related colleges - Allied Health, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and the Graduate College. OU HSC serves approximately 4,000 students in more than 70 undergraduate and graduate degree programs on campuses in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Senior Cook! The successful candidate will, under general supervision, plan and prepare menus, create recipes and specialty food items, and assist with managing kitchen inventory and food costs. Responsibilities also include ordering supplies, maintaining clean and organized food preparation areas, and supporting daily kitchen operations. Additional duties may include training staff, monitoring inventory, and participating in professional development opportunities, to name a few. |
