Position Introduction: The goal of the Women’s Gymnastics Director of Operations role is to advance the mission and values of the Women's Gymnastics program, providing student-athletes with the resources necessary to compete for championships, excel in the classroom, and prepare for successful lives after graduation. Responsible for managing all general business operations for the women’s gymnastics team, including but not limited to budgeting, equipment inventory, purchasing, travel arrangements, event scheduling, competition contracts, summer camps, and compliance reporting. Will maintain consistent contact with the sports information director, marketing, event management, and compliance. Responsible for overseeing the management of the Team 10 booster club. Assists the Meet Director in ensuring precise execution of all home meets, including oversight and management of judging officials.

Required Education and Experience:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months of experience. Department Preferences:
