Position Introduction: The Data Institute for Societal Challenges (DISC), a unit within the University of Oklahoma's Office of the Vice President for Research and Partnerships (VPRP), is seeking an innovative and motivated Applications Developer to join our growing team. DISC advances interdisciplinary research by providing the expertise, technologies, and collaborative environment needed to turn complex data into actionable insights and impactful solutions. As an Applications Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data analysis pipelines, software applications, data-driven tools, and visualization platforms that support cutting-edge research and decision-making. You will collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and technology professionals to develop solutions that accelerate discovery, innovation, and societal impact.
