Pay Range: Targeted salary of $15/hour, based on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week in the summer, 10 hours per week in the fall and spring

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

The undergraduate research assistant will assist the study teams with participant retention efforts (i.e., making check-in phone calls and texts) and data collection (24 hour dietary recalls and virtual surveys) and partner engagement in our Food Is Medicine studies.

Required Education:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
    • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
  • Length of appointment (Start Date ASAP; End Date May 10, 2027 (end of spring term)

Required Experience:

  • Ability to drive to partnering sites;
  • CITI training
