As our Office Administrator, you'll be the organizational heartbeat of the department. You'll oversee daily office operations, ensuring that academic and administrative processes run with precision and purpose. From managing departmental communications to coordinating meetings and events, your work will keep our mission moving forward. You'll maintain accurate records in alignment with university policies and federal regulations, support budgeting and purchasing, streamline scheduling, and assist with personnel related tasks. Most importantly, you'll serve as the primary liaison between our department and key university offices, a trusted connector who keeps information flowing and operations thriving.
