We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting physicians and leadership through expert coordination, communication, and operational excellence. This is more than an administrative role, it's a chance to be a trusted partner, problem solver, and leader within the department.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll ensure daily operations run smoothly while supporting physicians and cross functional teams:

  • Manage and maintain physicians' calendars, prioritizing appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate and schedule departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, securing meeting space, and distributing materials.
  • Distribute incoming mail and correspondence to appropriate team members.
  • Facilitate clear, professional communication between physicians, administrative staff, and other departments.
  • Maintain well organized records and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. You'll also take ownership of higher level administrative and operational responsibilities, including:
    • Organizing and coordinating specialized clerical and administrative functions.
    • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external customers, answering questions, providing information, and resolving concerns.
    • Establishing and maintaining filing systems, including confidential documents.
    • Planning and coordinating special projects.
    • Collecting and disseminating information for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.

12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
