Learn more at ou.edu/research Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager serves as the project management team lead, managing day-to-day activities across assigned initiatives, overseeing timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to keep projects on time, within scope, and under budget while contributing to long-range departmental planning. This role develops, refines, and scales unified project management methodologies and performance improvement processes for research administration, drawing on best practices from peer institutions and other industries. The position also provides active project tracking and risk management summaries for senior leadership, communicates progress internally and externally, and delivers consultative coaching and mentoring to advance process innovation and project management across the organization. |
