Position Introduction:

This position is for Fall 2026 employment. Training will begin immediately upon hire and could begin as early as August 2026.

Membership Attendants provide customer service to the members of the Sarkeys Fitness Center. They will run register for sales and membership, adhering to all proper payment handling processes. Membership Attendants provide program and service information, both in person and on the telephone. They will enforce facility policies, assist with data entry, respond during emergency situations, and clean and maintain the center.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.

Skills:

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Must have computer and data entry skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Selected applicants will be required to become CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Training will be provided by the hiring department.
