Position Introduction:

The University of Oklahoma Michael F. Price College of Business has built a comprehensive Executive Academy. With a portfolio that offers open-enrollment and custom non-degree programs to organizations and individual leaders. Our programs are designed using modern learning principles, offered in-person and online and geared to accelerate skill development and leadership transformation for our clients.

We are currently in the process of implementing our strategic plan, programming and operating model and need a talented individual to help us launch this early-stage entrepreneurial initiative. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Accounts leads the recruiting and sales efforts for all non-degree, open-enrollment programs offered by the Executive Academy at The Michael F. Price College of Business. This role recruits prospective leaders and helps them select the right program to accelerate their career growth and professional development. A manager develops a deep understanding of our program portfolio and in turn, how the outcomes of these programs can address the unique needs of our buyers. The functional areas will cover recruiting, sales operations, marketing support and data entry.

Core Tasks:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber executives and professionals for our open enrollment programs
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective participants
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition of our executive education programs
  • Support and collaborate with our Marketing team
  • Support and collaborate with our Business Development consultants
  • Lead informational sessions, webinars, conference presence, and presentations
  • Enter and manage all recruiting data in our CRM system (SalesForce)

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.

Department Preferences:

  • Experience recruiting adult learners or professionals.
  • Experience working in higher education, executive education, corporate training, or professional development.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management system.
  • Experience presenting to groups or facilitating informational sessions.
