Position Introduction:

The Office of Immigration Services (OIS) has an immediate opening for a student employee to join our team. The OIS office provides legal and strategic U.S. immigration counsel to the OU Norman campus; drives immigration compliance, and supports the immigration needs of international students, employees, and their families.

Duties:
Perform front desk assistance, including reception duties, guest check-in
Assist with administrative tasks, such as making copies, data entry, filing, creating folders, checking resources, keeping spaces clean and organized, and equipment setup/storage.
Audit records to ensure regulatory compliance.
All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
• High School diploma or GED and must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
