The Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Hotline Program Coordinator to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline, a statewide program dedicated to helping Oklahomans live healthier, tobacco-free lives.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Hotline Program Coordinator, you will oversee the administration and strategic direction of the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline program and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily program operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and program effectiveness
• Conduct program evaluations and develop long-range strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure outcomes and prepare reports for leadership, stakeholders, and funding agencies
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, grant requirements, and contractual obligations
• Plan, coordinate, and support program events, meetings, and outreach activities
• Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets and financial resources
• Negotiate, administer, and monitor grants, contracts, and vendor relationships
• Lead project management efforts, establishing timelines, milestones, and performance measures
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements that enhance program performance
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance public health initiatives and achieve program goals
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the program and organization

• 48 months of related experience.

Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.
