At the Stephenson Cancer Center, every grant helps fuel discoveries, advance treatments, and improve lives. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and strategic Lead Post-Award Grant Manager to play a critical role in supporting groundbreaking cancer research while ensuring the financial stewardship of complex sponsored programs. As the Lead Post-Award Grant Manager, you will serve as a key partner to faculty, researchers, and leadership by overseeing the financial and administrative management of state, federal, and national grant-funded programs. In this highly visible role, you will provide expert guidance on post-award activities, monitor grant expenditures, reconcile accounts, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements. You'll collaborate closely with Stephenson Cancer Center leadership, faculty investigators, and OU Health Sciences Center central offices to manage large-scale grants and research programs. Through financial analysis, account monitoring, reporting, and strategic recommendations, you'll help drive informed decision-making and maximize the impact of research funding.
