      Housing Office Student Assistant (Fall) in Norman

      This position’s hours are typically Monday-Friday, between 8am-5pm. Schedule is approximately 20 hours/week. These student staff members work in the Housing Office and are responsible for administrative tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering student questions about housing and related services, giving tours, and addressing customer concerns, answering and routing phone calls, operating standard office equipment, maintaining filing systems and records, maintaining work calendars, and other duties as assigned.

      The Finance and Operations Assistant would provide administrative support to the PACS Sr. Finance Analyst, Lead Operations Coordinator and Data Analyst. Job duties would include financial invoicing, creating financial and data analysis reports for PACS unit directors, reconciling bi-weekly payroll reports, assisting with faculty and staff hiring and onboarding, and other various duties related to the daily operation of the college.

Duties are complex and of an advanced nature, to include but not limited to maintaining files, scheduling appointments, managing inventory, typing, preparing reports and correspondence, distributing information, conducting research and computation, managing office procedures, assisting with budget preparation, and coordinating activities. Serves as a payroll coordinator and resource to other support personnel. May supervise support staff.
