The Program Manager will collaborate with College of Medicine departments, residency program leadership, rural healthcare organizations, community partners, state agencies, and funding entities to ensure successful implementation of program objectives, compliance requirements, and grant deliverables. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, program coordination, data collection and reporting, budget monitoring, and oversight of activities that strengthen rural residency training opportunities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on rural health by helping develop the next generation of physicians who will serve Oklahoma's rural communities. Some travel to rural training sites and partner organizations throughout the state is required. As a grant-funded position, continued employment is contingent upon the availability of grant funding.
