Your Opportunity
CPB Contractors is working on a large rail and infrastructure project as part of building Queensland’s future. This project will play an important role during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games while delivering improvements for everyday Queenslanders by providing more frequent and reliable services around Southeast Queensland.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the review, approval, distribution of new and revised controlled and uncontrolled project documents
- Ensure current versions of documents are issued to project parties
- Document retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation
- Work directly with internal customers, stakeholders and external parties to support day-to-day controlled document requirements
- Record issues and track location of control documents and drawings
- Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality
- Commitment to Health, Environment & Safety and company best practices
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Solid document control experience within any industry, infrastructure experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience using Teambinder (Document Management System)
- Knowledge of Aconex or Incite Keystone would be an advantage
