Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external corporate communication effectively.
  • Schedule, arrange, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Maintain office documents, organize records, and oversee office inventory and supplies.
  • Facilitate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare professional letters, memos, reports, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Host and welcome visitors, coordinating their needs with relevant personnel.
  • Assist in compliance with company policies regarding safety, IT systems, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in office administrative roles with a proven record of delivering high-quality support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Makati City.
  • Experience communicating and supporting clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
