Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external corporate communication effectively.
- Schedule, arrange, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Maintain office documents, organize records, and oversee office inventory and supplies.
- Facilitate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Prepare professional letters, memos, reports, and take minutes during meetings.
- Host and welcome visitors, coordinating their needs with relevant personnel.
- Assist in compliance with company policies regarding safety, IT systems, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in office administrative roles with a proven record of delivering high-quality support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Makati City.
- Experience communicating and supporting clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
