The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing, the Director, Marketing Technology, Data and Analytics is responsible for building, governing and optimising the technology, data and measurement ecosystem that powers the organisation's marketing and communications. This role leads the strategic enablement of platforms, data architecture, automation and performance analytics to drive conversion and experience for priority audiences. Leading a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure the marketing infrastructure is robust, scalable and future-ready, key responsibilities include embedding modern marketing capabilities, delivering actionable insights to support audience-led decision-making, and governing all aspects of the MarTech and AdTech stack.

About You

You are a senior leader with extensive management experience in a strategic marketing infrastructure environment. With deep expertise in modern MarTech, AdTech and data architecture, you have implemented data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact. Your exceptional leadership skills enable you to lead multidisciplinary technical teams, and your strong interpersonal and communication abilities allow you to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders. You possess strong business acumen, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive innovation, harnessing and optimising, existing technology infrastructure. Importantly, you are drawn to make a positive impact.
