The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing, the Director, Product Marketing provides strategic leadership for the University’s product marketing portfolio, including Monash College Pathways. This role is accountable for the global marketing framework, ensuring marketing strategies and value propositions are consistent, impactful and evidence-based across all international campuses and pathway partners and programs. The Director leads the Centre of Excellence for product marketing, including marketing conversion and performance optimisation, and partners with global and local stakeholders to drive sustainable student growth. This includes leading market research and competitive analysis to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
About You
You are a senior product marketing leader with leadership experience in a large, complex global organisation. Your background includes the development and implementation of global marketing strategies, frameworks and value propositions that deliver measurable growth. With strong knowledge of international markets, ideally within the higher education sector, you can translate market intelligence into effective strategies. An exceptional leader and communicator, you engage and influence diverse stakeholders, build high-performing teams, and use data to inform decisions and optimise performance. Importantly, you are motivated to drive positive change.
