About the Role
The CALHN Professional Accountability Model Program Engagement Officer, Organisational Development is responsible to the Program Manager, Professional Accountability Program assisting with the CALHN Professional Accountability Model program objectives, including the roll out of the CALHN Professional Accountability Model to staff across CALHN. The Program Engagement Officer will work collaboratively with the Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure implementation of the CALHN Professional Accountability Model across CALHN. The Program Engagement Officer will develop educational resources and supports for staff, including use the use of electronic platforms.
The Program Engagement Officer will work with key-stakeholders to develop a community of practice to support the ongoing success of the Vanderbilt Professional Accountability Model.
The Program Engagement Officer will report progress to the CALHN Professional Accountability Model steering committee bi-monthly on the progress of the program and roll-out.

Key Requirements:
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands under pressure.
- Project Management & Reporting Experience: Hands-on experience in preparing reports, managing projects, and using data to drive business decisions.
- Experience in a Clinical or Health-Related Setting: Background in healthcare or related fields, with a good understanding of industry standards and protocols.
