About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of SA Pharmacy. As the Manager, Business Systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving corporate planning, infrastructure projects, asset management, and business improvement strategies. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Director, you’ll contribute to best practice initiatives, business compliance, internal communications, and staff recognition programs, while ensuring policies and procedures align with contemporary pharmacy practice across South Australia.

You’ll be a trusted subject matter expert and mentor, providing leadership in areas such as workforce planning, financial and capital resource optimisation, and system-wide pharmacy service support. Collaborating with Directors and Associate Directors of Pharmacy Services, you’ll help deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective services that contribute to improved patient outcomes. This role also involves guiding and supporting staff through education, training, and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across SA Pharmacy.

  • You’re an experienced and adaptable leader, skilled in communication, conflict resolution, and strategic problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to lead others through change in a complex environment.
  • You thrive in high-pressure settings, with a proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver quality outcomes across multiple complex projects.
  • You bring extensive experience in service improvement, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, underpinned by credibility in clinical or health-related settings.
  • You have strong working knowledge of relevant legislation and government frameworks, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Work Health & Safety, and risk management standards.
