Overview:
The position is responsible for providing effective, efficient and innovative contracting support to the New Women’s and Children’s Hospital Project. The role includes undertaking a range of procurement and contracting support services including:
- Coordinating the development and preparation of relevant tender documentation;
- Establishing and coordinating contract related processes and protocols;
- Coordination of document reviews including trade package reviews;
- Prepare briefs, agendas, minutes, contract management documentation, and reports to a range of stakeholders within the required deadlines;
- Monitoring and reviewing procurement and contract administration processes and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation of best practice;
- Participating in a range of contract management activities including pre and post tender meetings, monitoring of contracts, financial payment management, progress payments and reporting and the management of records and databases; and
- Providing specialist advice, direction and assistance on procurement and contract management practices to project members

Criminal History Screening Requirement

- A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position.
Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
