About the Role:
The Training & Development Officer is responsible for delivering targeted training sessions, including Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Safety Intervention and Manual Handling training, across the Local Health Network. This role ensures the organisation meets its Work Health & Safety training obligations by providing high-quality, compliant, and engaging learning experiences. Working closely with the Senior Work Health & Safety Consultant and reporting to the Education Team, the ASO4 Training & Development Officer plays a key role in building workforce capability, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting continuous learning across the network.

About You:
- Experience providing a confidential, efficient, and effective administrative service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CHRIS21, Excel, Moodle, and general office equipment.
- Skilled in research, data collection, analysis, report preparation, and coordination of minor projects.
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)
