About the Role:
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Hawker Medical Centre. In this important front-line position, you will provide confidential administrative and reception support to the Medical Practitioner, clients, and visiting health professionals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality health services for the local community. You’ll also liaise with the off-site pharmacy to coordinate timely medication supply and assist with financial processes, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff alike.
About You:
- You must have demonstrated experience in the provision of clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
- You must have demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc).
- You must have demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry).
- You must have demonstrated experience in the reconciliation of simple cash accounts.
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)
