About the Role
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you'll help lead and support our nursing team, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence. You'll make an impact by:

Guiding and mentoring less experienced nursing staff

Assisting with staff management, rostering, and performance processes

Collaborating on practice changes to enhance patient care

Managing resources, budgets, and supplies for your unit

Promoting continuity of care with a focus on patient outcomes

About You
We’re seeking a motivated Nurse/Midwife ready to bring their clinical expertise and passion for education to the next level. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with others and has the skills to drive positive change.

Registered Nurse with current practising certificate

Experience supervising nurses and student nurses in a clinical setting

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of healthcare standards, legislation, and quality improvement
